Bathrooms: Plan, Remodel, Build provides homeowners with a comprehensive guide to updating or adding a bathroom, one of the most popular home improvements today. The first part of the book offers design ideas for master baths, powder rooms, family baths, kids' baths, and accessible baths. Lavish color photography accompanies the consumer-friendly text on today's design trends, including spa features, vanities, lighting, ventilation, and the latest bath products and materials. The second section provides detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to do the work, from floors to fixtures. These projects are supported with color photographs to help readers through the process from beginning to end.

Comments: Pretty Good This book is helping us a lot as we are remodeling our bathrooms, I found that many of the recommendations are for projects much bigger and much more extravagant than what we are looking at. We have still used the book quite a bit.

Comments: Just okay . . . The title of this book should be "1,001 Master Bath Plans", or the less catchy "How to Change a Very Large Space into a Master Bathroom" because that's what this is. I live in a tiny 19th-century rowhouse with one small but functional full bath and possibly enough room for a half-bath. I was hoping for some ideas on how to turn a small space into a bathroom, but this book did not provide that. However, it does have some great pictures and good floor plans for normal-sized houses.
