It may be smaller in scale and should use that space efficiently, but its construction will probably be very similar and it may offer the same amenities. Comments: Excellent small homes
This book of plans is the best I've seen for small vacation type homes. It has a LOT of plans in the 900 - 1100 sq ft range, plus a lot of bigger ones, too. It gave me lots of good ideas on how to put together a small but spacious-feeling vacation home, with enough different plans that I could really explore the options for the size building I want to construct. I highly recommend this one.
