Comments: Real world projects, really useful TV makes makeovers look like instant magic. This book, though, is about what a real kitchen requires. One of the best things is that Peters takes one kitchen and makes it over 3 times for 3 different budgets.
He doesn't gloss over the tougher stuff, either, telling you when it's time for a pro, and when you can take on something yourself. We've been thinking about a makeover for over a year--now, we have a starting point. A terrific book.
