Q
Purchased an 8'x11' wool area rug that we would like to inlay in pre-existing wall to wall. 1. When cutting the wall to wall how do we negate the fraying on the edges. 2. How do we blend the two together as seemless as possible. 3. Any tips on the best way to do this is appreciated. Thanks,
A
I really think inlaying a wool area rug into existing broadloom wall to wall installation is a bad idea.
Consider surrounding the area rug with wood or ceramic rather than existing wall to wall carpet...
Martha Stewart would bitch slap you for even thinking about doing something like you propose... :)
just my opinion... and martha's
