Gulistan’s commercial product offering is targeted from the middle to the upper end of what is called the “Main Street” commercial marketplace.  That is - commercial business that our Gulistan dealer structure gets involved with on a daily basis.

     Currently numbering 16 running line styles - they range from solid color cut piles; to solid color and multi-color cut and loop products; to solution dyed and multi-colored textured loop pile products.

     For budgeting purposes they range from $1.33 per square foot to $3.33 per square foot installed by our dealer structure.

     An interesting phenomenon that has evolved over the past several years is that commercial and residential styling has become close together in their coloration and texture preferences. In essence they have been borrowing from each other - with the objective being warmer, friendlier environments in the workplace combined with the durability that quality commercial products provide.
